02. How Your Information Is Utilized

We process your personal and vehicular information solely for legitimate automotive servicing purposes:

• Generating accurate digital Job Sheets, estimates, and tax invoices.
• Procuring exact OEM replacement parts, body kits, and color code formulas from verified manufacturer databases.
• Issuing and authenticating your written Lifetime Paint Warranty or 10-Year PPF Certificate.
• Sending appointment confirmations, stage-by-stage photo updates, and vehicle collection notifications via WhatsApp or SMS.

03. Vehicle Photography & Social Media Consent

Automotive craftsmanship is an artistic discipline, and MOTOSPACE frequently showcases completed transformations in our Before & After showroom gallery and official Instagram/YouTube media channels:

• Privacy by Default: License plates, registration marks, residential parking stickers, and any visible interior personal items are digitally blurred or masked before any image or video is published.
• Opt-Out Protocol: If you prefer that your exotic or luxury vehicle not be photographed or filmed for social media, simply check the "Discreet Studio Service" option on your Job Sheet or inform our service advisor upon intake.

04. CCTV Surveillance & Workshop Security

For the protection of high-value customer vehicles, machinery, and studio personnel:

• The MOTOSPACE facility, paint booths, storage bays, and compound are monitored by 24/7 high-definition CCTV security cameras with off-site encrypted backup.
• CCTV footage is retained securely for 30 calendar days for internal security audit and insurance verification purposes, after which it is automatically overwritten.

05. Third-Party Disclosures & OEM Verification

We may share necessary data strictly with trusted service partners under non-disclosure obligations:

• OEM Paint Manufacturers (e.g., PPG, Glasurit, Sikkens) for formula verification.
• PPF Film Global Registries (e.g., XPEL, STEK) for international warranty certificate registration.
• Statutory government or law enforcement agencies only when officially required under applicable Indian judicial orders.

06. Data Retention & Your Erasure Rights

We retain vehicle service history and warranty records for the active duration of your warranty coverage to ensure seamless claims processing. Under applicable Indian data privacy regulations:

• You may request a digital copy of all service records and Job Sheets associated with your vehicle at any time.
• You may request the anonymization or deletion of your marketing contact details by emailing our privacy desk.
